If an item is in stock, it will normally be shipped from our premises in Virginia within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. It will come to you via UPS Ground, which takes 1-5 business days to reach you, depending on your location. If any delay is expected, or the item is a custom order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date. Items that require special handling (photo buckles) normally take 3 weeks to produce.

We charge for shipping and handling to the continental United States on the following scale:

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will go UPS second day air. Additional charges of $15 apply to Alaska and $30 to Hawaii.
Shipping outside the USA: Inquire

We are responsible for collecting sales tax on shipments within Virginia. We do not collect tax on sales to destinations outside Virginia.

We stand behind our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise value. It must be unused and in its original condition. (Sorry no refunds on custom made items.)

As a result of placing an order, you will be providing us with certain financial and personal information to allow us to process and ship your order. Other than to process this order, THE VERY THING will not sell, rent of otherwise disclose this information to any third party.
